These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Asante Medhealth website and the provision of medical services at our practice located at 4 Main Reef Road, Dunswart, Boksburg, 1459.

Appointments and Consultations

• Walk-in patients are welcome based on availability. Booking in advance is recommended to minimise waiting time.
• Patients who fail to arrive for scheduled appointments without prior notice may be charged a missed appointment fee.
• The practice reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Consultation Fees

• Standard consultation: R400
• Children and elderly patients: R350
• Additional procedures and tests may incur separate charges as communicated prior to treatment.
• All major South African medical aids are accepted and billed directly.
• Private patients are expected to settle accounts on the day of consultation via cash, card, or electronic transfer.

Medical Aid Billing

Asante Medhealth bills medical aid schemes directly on your behalf. Please note:

• You must present a valid medical aid card and identification at each visit.
• Any shortfalls, co-payments, or rejected claims remain the responsibility of the patient.
• The practice is not responsible for the approval or rejection of claims by your medical aid.

Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information.
• Follow the prescribed treatment plan and attend follow-up appointments.
• Treat all staff and fellow patients with respect and dignity.
• Inform us of any changes to your contact details or medical aid information.
